Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

We accept multiple payment modes, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD).

In case of a failed transaction, the order will not be processed until payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Products with tampered packaging, removed tags, or broken security seals are not eligible for return.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
