At THREADZUP!, we aim to deliver your favorite tees quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below:

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, new drops), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

  1. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  1. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply (displayed at checkout).

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD fee.

  1. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@threadzup.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
