Refund & Return Policy – THREADZUP!
At THREADZUP!, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
The Threadzup Security Seal must be intact. Any product with a broken or removed seal will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
A ₹100 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from approved refunds.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For prepaid bundles or offers, partial refunds will be adjusted based on the items you keep.
- Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available at the moment.
If you want a different product or size, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
In such cases, no reverse shipping fee will be charged, and we’ll arrange a full refund.
